In 2026 we completed an 18-unit housing project in an urban regeneration area, which we took on under a land-share (flat-for-land) arrangement.
Project summary
On this urban regeneration project in Avcılar we took on the construction of the housing under a land-share arrangement. The project was completed with 18 apartments.
In urban regeneration we first assess the plot technically and financially and make the options clear to the owners. Because we carry out the ground, shoring and foundation works with our own team, excavation and foundations, the riskiest stage of the project, stay under our control.
