Fill in the form and attach the site investigation report, borehole logs and drawings if you have them. We will review the documents and prepare a quote based on measured quantities. This is also why we do not give a single price per metre over the phone: the price depends on pile diameter and length, the ground, groundwater and site conditions.

  • Site plan, number of basement floors and excavation depth
  • Shoring or foundation design, if available
  • Plot location and the condition of neighbouring buildings
